I was very happy to read in the Seacoast Online this morning that Clark Frasier and Mark Gaier, chef owners of Arrows Restaurant, have won this award. I love this place. Their gardens are literally just a few feet away from your plate. You talk about farm to table…it just doesn’t get any fresher than this!
